Mausoleum of Captain Mohiuddin Jahangir Captain Mohiuddin Jahangir was born in Rahimganj village of Barisal. He joined Kakul Pakistan Military Academy on October 5, 1967. He was commissioned on June 2, 1968 after diligently completing his training. After six months of service, he joined the Military College of Engineering at Risalpur and passed the long 13-month basic course with distinction. From there he did the bomb disposal course and established himself as an efficient officer of the Corps of Engineers and earned a lot of reputation. In 1971, when the invading forces were wreaking havoc and brutalizing Bangladesh, Captain Mohiuddin Jahangir entered Indian territory through the Sialkot border, eluding the hill border guards of Karakoram's friend.
