 Lawachhara National Park Moulovibazar Sylhet



 The second highest point of interest in Moulvibazar district is the Lauyachhara National Park.  Lauachhara National Park is a protected forest area in Bangladesh, located in Kamalganj and Srimangal upazilas of Moulvibazar district in Sylhet division.



 The distance from Dhaka to Lawachhara National Park is about 185 kilometers.  And, its distance from Srimangal town is 10 kilometers.



 The park has 480 species of rare plants and animals.  There are also 180 species of plants including Chapalish, Agar, Jarul, Awal, Akashmani, Iron wood, Teak and 240 species of birds, 8 species of reptiles!




 Places of interest in the vicinity of Lauyachhara National Park are: Khasiapunji, Paner Barj, Tea Garden, Jhiri, Tea Garden, Uchu-Nichu Tila, Pineapple, Litchi and Lemon Garden.
